إِذَا زُلْزِلَتِ ٱلْأَرْضُ زِلْزَالَهَا

When the earth is shaken with its [final] earthquake

— Az-Zalzalah 99:1

Earth will report whatever happened on her and men shall be shown their Books of Deeds
