أَفَأَمِنَ أَهْلُ ٱلْقُرَىٰٓ أَن يَأْتِيَهُم بَأْسُنَا بَيَـٰتًۭا وَهُمْ نَآئِمُونَ

Then, did the people of the cities feel secure from Our punishment coming to them at night while they were asleep?
