تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍۢ
The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter.
— Al-Qadr 97:4
