Az-ZukhrufAyah 54 of 89· Page 493· Juz 25
فَٱسْتَخَفَّ قَوْمَهُۥ فَأَطَاعُوهُ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ قَوْمًۭا فَـٰسِقِينَ
So he bluffed his people, and they obeyed him. Indeed, they were [themselves] a people defiantly disobedient [of Allah].

Prophet Musa was sent to Fir'on and his chiefs with signs but they ridicule him and the signs as a result Allah drowned them all
