باب كَرَاهَةِ الدُّعَاءِ بِتَعْجِيلِ الْعُقُوبَةِ فِي الدُّنْيَا
It Is Disliked To Pray For Punishment To Be Brought Forward In This World
حَدَّثَنَاهُ عَاصِمُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ التَّيْمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ إِلَى قَوْلِهِ وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ الزِّيَادَةَ
Anas reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) visited a person from amongst his Companions who had grown as feeble as the chicken. The rest of the hadith is the same, but with this variation that he (the Holy Prophet) said: This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Humaid with the same chain of transmitters, but with a slight variation of wording.
