The Book of the Merits of the Companions
باب مِنْ فَضَائِلِ غِفَارَ وَأَسْلَمَ وُجُهَيْنَةَ وَأَشْجَعَ وَمُزَيْنَةَ وَتَمِيمٍ وَدَوْسٍ وَطَيِّئٍ
The Virtues Of Ghifar, Aslam, Juhainah, Ashja', Muzainah, Tamim, Daws and Tayy'
حَدَّثَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنِي سَيِّدُ بَنِي، تَمِيمٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي يَعْقُوبَ الضَّبِّيُّ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ قَالَ وَجُهَيْنَةُ وَلَمْ يَقُلْ أَحْسِبُ
Abu Bakra reported on the authority of his father that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Abu Ya'qub Dabbi with the same chain of transmitters but with a slight variation of wording.
