The Book of Drinks
باب عُقُوبَةِ مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ إِذَا لَمْ يَتُبْ مِنْهَا بِمَنْعِهِ إِيَّاهَا فِي الآخِرَةِ
The punishment of one who drinks Khamr if he does not repent from it: he will be denied it in the hereafter
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فِي الدُّنْيَا حُرِمَهَا فِي الآخِرَةِ
Ibn 'Umar reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: He who drank (wine) in this world would be deprived of it in the Hereafter.
