The Book on Government
باب كَرَاهَةِ الطُّرُوقِ وَهُوَ الدُّخُولُ لَيْلاً لِمَنْ وَرَدَ مِنْ سَفَرٍ
It is disliked to enter at night when coming home from a journey
وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا سَيَّارٌ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ .
It has been narrated (through a different chain of tranmitters) on the authority of Jabir who said: This tradition has been handed down through another chain of transmitters.
