The Book of Jihad and Expeditions
باب اسْتِحْقَاقِ الْقَاتِلِ سَلَبَ الْقَتِيلِ
The killer is entitled to the belongings of the one who is killed
وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ، مَوْلَى أَبِي قَتَادَةَ أَنَّ أَبَا قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ . وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ .
Abu Qatada reported: Abu Muhammad, the freed slave of Abu Qatada reported on the authority of Abu Qatda and narrated the hadith.
