The Book of Legal Punishments
باب جَرْحُ الْعَجْمَاءِ وَالْمَعْدِنِ وَالْبِئْرِ جُبَارٌ
There is no Diyah for injuries caused by animals or by falling into a mine or well
وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، وَحَرْمَلَةُ، قَالاَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ، شِهَابٍ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، وَعُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمِثْلِهِ
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: A hadith like this has been transmitted on the authority of Abu Huraira.
