The Book of Legal Punishments
باب مَنِ اعْتَرَفَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بِالزِّنَا
One who confesses to Zina
وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانٌ الْعَطَّارُ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ .
Abu Huraira and Zaid b Khalid al-Juhani reported that one of the desert tribes came to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and said: This hadith has been transmitted on the authority of Yahya b. Abu Kathir.
