The Book of Transactions
باب النَّهْىِ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ، قَبْلَ بُدُوِّ صَلاَحِهَا بِغَيْرِ شَرْطِ الْقَطْعِ
The prohibition of selling produce before its goodness appears
حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ مَالِكٍ وَعُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ
Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger' (ﷺ) as saying: Nafi, reported on the authority of Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) a hadith like that narrated before.
