The Book of Transactions
باب النَّهْىِ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ، قَبْلَ بُدُوِّ صَلاَحِهَا بِغَيْرِ شَرْطِ الْقَطْعِ
The prohibition of selling produce before its goodness appears
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمِثْلِهِ .
Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: Another chain on the authority of Ibn 'Umar narrated the same as the above hadith.
