The Book of Transactions
باب إِبْطَالِ بَيْعِ الْمُلاَمَسَةِ وَالْمُنَابَذَةِ
The invalidity of Mulamasah and Munabadhah transactions
وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ صَالِحٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ .
Ibn 'Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as having said this: This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Ibn Shihab through the same chain of transmitters.
