The Rites of Pilgrimage

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى من قتلَهُنّ فِي الْحل وَالْإِحْرَامِ: الْفَأْرَةُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ "

Ibn ‘Umar reported the Prophet as saying, “There are five creatures which it is not a sin for anyone to kill in the sacred territory and when in the sacred state: the rat, the crow, the kite, the scorpion and the biting dog." Bukhari and Muslim.
