Business Transactions
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: { نَهَى - صلى الله عليه وسلم -عَنِ النَّجْشِ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه البخاري ( 2142 )، ومسلم ( 1516 ). والنجش: الزيادة في ثمن السلعة ممن لا يريد شرائها؛ ليقع فيها غيره.
Narrated : Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade bidding against one another (to raise the price). .
