The Book of Prayer
وَعَنْ أَبِي وَاقِدٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ قَالَ: { كَانَ اَلنَّبِيُّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -يَقْرَأُ فِي اَلْأَضْحَى وَالْفِطْرِ بِـ (ق), وَ (اقْتَرَبَتْ). } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه مسلم (891).
Narrated Abu Waqid al-Laithi (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite on ('Eid) al-Adha and ('Eid) al-Fitr, Surat Qaf (Chapter 50) and Surat Al-Qamar (Chapter 54). .
