The Comprehensive Book
وَأَخْرَجَ اَلشَّيْخَانِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ كَلِمَتَانِ حَبِيبَتَانِ إِلَى اَلرَّحْمَنِ, خَفِيفَتَانِ عَلَى اَللِّسَانِ, ثَقِيلَتَانِ فِي اَلْمِيزَانِ, سُبْحَانَ اَللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ , سُبْحَانَ اَللَّهِ اَلْعَظِيمِ } 11 - صحيح. رواه البخاري (6406)، ومسلم (2694).
Abu Hurairah (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Two phrases which are dear to the Compassionate One and are light on the tongue but heavy in the scale are: “How perfect Allah is and I praise Him; and How perfect Allah is the Most Great.” Agreed upon.
