The Book of Purification
عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: { سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -عَنْ اَلْخَمْرِ تُتَّخَذُ خَلًّا? قَالَ: "لَا". } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِم ٌ 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه مسلم (1983).
Narrated Anas bin Malik (rad): Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) was asked about making vinegar out of wine. He said, “No (it is prohibited)”. .
