باب فِي دِيَةِ الْخَطَإِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ
The Diyah For Unintentional Killing That Appears Intentional
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَ مَعْنَاهُ .
Narrated Imran ibn Husayn: The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Khalid with a different chain of narrators to the same effect.
