باب دِيَةِ الْخَطَإِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ
Diyah For A Mistaken Killing That Appears Purposeful
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَ مَعْنَاهُ .
